Any Prism

Any Prism - any three-dimensional "boxlike" shape whose base (bottom surface) is a polygon, all vertical surfaces are perpendicular to it, and the top surface is identical to the bottom surface.

Surface Area = sum of areas of all surfaces

Volume = (Area of bottom surface) (height)

Note: The cylinder is quite similar to prisms, and its formulas for surface area and volume are actually the same as the corresponding formulas for prisms!
