(2004:  $3073.92;   2003:  $3077.11;   2002:  $2552.07)

5        Tabulator’s Report (Tony Biscardi and Scott Govoni):

a.       This will be Scott’s first year so all coaches must be patient as reports may be late being mailed

b.      It is suggested that coaches download the team form from the website and type the names of the students.  This will make it easier for Scott to read and enter the names accurately.

6        Topics for 2005-2006 distributed and approved.

7        Test Writer’s Report (Kent Findell)

8        Webmaster’s Report (Kip Bryan):

a.       Please distribute the web site to your students and encourage them to use the web sites.

b.      More features have been added to make coaching easier for new coaches.

9        Geographic cluster’s distributed

a.       It was requested for all future years that, although Marblehead appears geographically close to Lynn and Swampscott, travel on the specific roads makes it extremely difficult.  In the future, presidents should try if at all possible to put Marblehead with Salem and the Beverly schools.

b.      It was also approved that the Foxboro/Mansfield cluster will be allowed to have fewer than 5 teams due to their unusual travel distance from other schools.  They will be continue to seek out other nearby schools to compete with and will supply extra coaches at meets until such time as they reach 5 teams.

10    Cluster meetings began around 4:15.

a.       Everyone overwhelmingly agreed that we should continue to mandate that cluster meetings start by 4:30 and any other unfinished business be tabled until after the clusters meet.
