  4. Divisions were distributed and Tony explained how new schools are placed into divisions after two meets.
  5. Webmaster report by Kip Bryan:  Site has email and other contact info.  Private area has the old meets and needs a password to access.  Coaches were given the username and password.
  6. Topics were distributed and it was pointed out that they will continue to be set at the Spring meeting.
  7. Test-Writer’s report by Josh Frost.  Questions were asked of the new test-writer:
    1. Regarding primes and prime factorization – Josh will check to make sure prime factorization is not in 1st meet.
    2. Regarding meet 2, does it include all polygons?  - Ans: yes.

Any feedback for test writer should be as specific as possible.

Test writer will try to get tests to VP’s 10-14 days before meets.

  1. Tabulator’s report by Tony Biscardi for Scott Govoni.  Tony asked the coaches to email Scott with a list of all students who might be regulars at some point during the season.  He asked that if there was a new student added who has a similar spelling to an old student, the coach should please make a note of that on the sheet to Scott.  Also, VP’s were asked to check the sheets, especially new coaches, to make sure they are done correctly and are legible.
  2. Geographic clusters were discussed.  Cluster 9 is ok with large size.  Cluster 10 will try to add another team from their area.  If cluster 8 becomes short, Woburn will be moved into their cluster.
  3. Geographic clusters were distributed and cluster meetings took place at 4:05 PM
  4. Treasurer’s report from Kelly McCormack was submitted to coaches after the cluster meetings.  The current balance is $3,263.93, which is up compared to previous years.  (2006: $3,102.43;  2005: $2,939.99;  2004: $3073.92)  The coaches present at that time approved the report.

Respectfully submitted,

Tony Biscardi
